Whenever I read this scripture it brings me to tears. Nevertheless I am continually with you; You hold me by my right hand. You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. Psalm 73: 23-24

Several years ago the Lord gave me a teaching from Song of Solomon and I have taught it literally around the world and experienced many being transformed and healed by this beautiful love story. This book opens with Solomon visiting one of his royal vineyards with his royal entourage. He came by surprise upon a beautiful peasant woman tending the vines. She runs from them being embarrassed. But Solomon just could not forget her. I would assume this was love at first sight, so he later disguised himself as a shepherd and returned to the vineyard and won her love and took her back to the palace and married. He was king and should not have been interested in a peasant girl, lower class with messed up skin. Yet he loved her. When we were not even a people; poor in spirit and messed up in our sin; God disguised Himself as a Shepherd and came in the person of Jesus Christ, won our love and asked us to be His Bride. I will never plan a wedding here, but I will always be a Bride. One day we who had no class in our sin will celebrate at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in our Royal Status!!! Glory to God!!!
Many of you know that I have never married and have no biological children. When I was called into ministry, the Lord asked that I would be willing to give those experiences to Him. With much struggling I finally allowed His will to become mine. With this request He promised me that I would have many children and as we all know our God is a promise keeper. I have many children around this world. I’m called Mother, Mama J, Mama Jacqui, Mama 2, Auntie and more. I even have grand children and great grands. The Lord even allowed me to be at the birth of one of my great grands. My reason for sharing this today is to encourage someone to know if God takes away He always has a replacement!!! I’m a very happy and blessed MOTHER!!!! PS. My Pastor Chris calls me Mama Bear!! A shout out to all of my children. Mama LOVES YOU!!!
I feel so blessed that have been adopted twice. At a very young age I was adopted by a wonderful women by the name of Alice Smith and her husband Alfred Smith. She raised me with much love and sacrifice wanting me to know God and to be her opera singer daughter. She worked so that I could have much better opportunities in life than she did. I’m so thankful for the years I spent with her and the night she went home I was holding her in my arms. I love You Mommie and miss you!! I must thank the Lord for my spiritual adoption that took place 3/18/73!!!!!!
To All those who live in “no man’s land” like I do, I just want to encourage you by saying you are never alone, so let’s lay down that burden and pick up the promise that He will never leave us or forsake us. He is with us alway to the end of the age. No one can love, provide, care, protect and understand like He does. What a wonderful Bridegroom we have!!! (Husband)!!!
